Return Goods Policy - Omnilight, Inc. (hereafter referred to as 'the company')
- Before returning an item, please contact either your Independent Sales Representative, or the company by one of the following:

- All returns must receive prior approval.
- No credit will be issued if the product is not returned within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product.
- No credit will be issued if there is a balance due.
- Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
- The customer is responsible to file claim with the carrier for credit on items lost in shipping. The company will offer as much assistance as possible, but will not relieve the customer of the responsibility of filing the loss claim.
- Maximum of 75% credit on items returned will be given unless the product is received in its original packaging in saleable condition. Please note that items that are subject to contact an infectious body may not be returned. Cross contamination is a major concern in the health industry.
- Where products are received in re-saleable condition, a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed, at the sole discretion of the company.
- No credit will be issued for shipping or handling charges.
- Goods returned must be sent freight prepaid.
- All merchandise returned to the company is immediately deemed to be its property. The company reserves the right to disallow credit if the merchandise deemed to be unfit for credit, whether returned with or without approval.
- The company will make every effort to insure customer satisfaction, but reserves the right to make final determination on all credit issues.
